Let's not be a typical conservative stick in the mud pro motor vehicle city/area, and show a little forward thinking. Bikes are here to stay and the more safe lanes/trails that are made available will keep both cyclists safe and motorists happy......a logical no-brainer which might just get some good national PR such as DC for their progressive attitude towards cycling!!!

It can wait a little longer. 15 years isn't enough, how about never? Is never good for you?

I suspect never works for many of the councilman's constituency. That's not exactly Berkley on Severn up there.
