Biz Journal has a couple of new renderings of DC Water's new Headquarters, or as I'm calling it the "HQO." Only one of them shows anything bike relevant, and that is a shot down the extended Potomac Avenue, with it's wide sidewalks and green space adjacent to the Anacostia Riverwalk Trail.
