Correction:
The meeting tonight is not a public meeting, but a smaller, institutional stakeholder meeting.
If you really want to come, or need more information, please contact Jim Sebastian. There will be other opportunities for larger public involvement.
Originals post below:
The project's website is here, but I don't know anything more about what this meeting will entail.

Open House: 4:30 – 5:00 p.m.
Presentation and Comments: 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Where:
Smithsonian National Zoological Park
Visitor’s Center, 2nd Floor Conference Room
3001 Connecticut Avenue, NW

Great...another last minute notice for public comment. Even though the Park Service promised to be better about involving the public, I can't seem to find any mention about this meeting or the project as a whole on their website.

Well here are the environmental assessment documents on the NPS planning web page. However the meeting information there is woefully out of date - it lists a public meeting from 2011!
