In light of yesterday's tragic attack in Nice, I hope that the general public can get around to seeing the danger that vehicles pose to peds and cyclists. While the intent may be different, the outcome is the same.

If they built the bridge about 10-15' longer than it is today, literally moving the supports about 10-15' to the west, they could easily run the trail right under it and not have any ROW issues.
