I had no idea the transit benefit includes bike commuters. I thought it just paid for metro. Does it vary by agency? What are we entitled to as bike commuters?

Great post David. I've researched this area of policy a lot, and this info was new to me. Very important history, and the fight hasn't changed. The same testimony today would be nearly as accurate, though acknowledging the $20 bike benefit.
