International Winter Bike and Walk to Work Day is Feb 9th. I don't see any local events on the official site, but several people have committed to riding or walking. I won't be working that day, so I'm not committing, but if you ride by my house, I will yell some combination of encouragement and profanities at you as you ride by. So that's like an event.
