When they archive the video I can get you the link to it.
They did agree with me that this is a classic case of Demolition by neglect.
They said WMATA cannot demolish under the law because the bridge is a historic landmark. There are certain conditions that WMATA needed to meet and they did not meet them.
Stay tuned. More to come. I had some interesting conversations today and this could move along even faster with a position resolution.
