There is work being done in that area - vegetation has been cleared and stormwater management work, in the ROW south of River Rd. There are detour signs posted along the NW Branch trail where it will pass under the bridge for the purple line - signs are currently covered but appear to be "in place" for when construction will require trail users to detour.

I am surprised they propose a traffic signal at River Rd and Haig Dr. The traffic circle there was just installed within the last couple of years.

Correction - it's the NE Branch trail.
